Is the retainer refundable?
The retainer is non-refundable, it's a little security for me as I turn down all other opportunities on your event date
How do travel fees work?
Travel fees are included in your custom quote! Dependent on time of year and location. Passport-ready baby
How do you work with photographers?
I have worked with numerous photographers over the years and absolutely love 'em! Many have become friends over the years :) I make it a point to communicate with your photographer ahead of time and strategically coordinate so we stay out of each other's shots! Even if we're strangers at first, we are a team. If you're still looking for a photographer, I have a list of recommendations for various areas within the US!
When will I receive my film?
Within 90 days after the event (for weddings)
How will I receive my film?
Once the highlight film is complete, I will send you a link via Vidflow where you will have easy access to direct downloads. A flash drive containing the edit(s) and raw footage will be mailed to you.
Do you offer payment plans?
A retainer is firm to book (defined in your contract), the remaining balance must be paid before the event date
What's your filming style?
For the most part, I take a stand-off approach (except on the dance floor). No directing or orchestrating scenes (unless you have something funky in mind--like recreating something from your favorite film...if so, give me a heads up to prepare!). I'm there to capture the organic moments throughout the day.
